The manager is lovely even if he is a guy! :) The gym is a 30 minute workout for women only. It is very comfortable and the staff are supportive. No need to be scared of what people think of you around the water cooler, there is no TIME! Go there in comfy clothes, jump in to a space and go for 30 mins.

A cheaper option than the local alternative, and a fab place for the local women to workout in peace. BUT ring and get the hours opening in advance, they have very strange hours and lunch time it is closed.
