Wrong Dr

Doctors what happens when you see a Dr only to find this Dr is not the Dr you asked to see, this was my first experience AND LAST, only to find you are declined any help treatment and rejected by the OWNER OF THE PRACTICE.
Great Experience

During a weekend getaway, had the horrible experience of cracking my back tooth. Thought about returning back to Sydney and cutting our break short, however took a chance and managed to get an emergency appointment that day. The staff were friendly, efficient and sympathetic and was I really happy with the result.
A reliable and friendly practice

A really good family practice. The only problem is, is that most other people think so. As such, they are very busy. You need to book in up to a week ahead at times.
However, I do recommend them wholeheartedly. Dr Ho and Dr Pham are particularly thorough at what they do and I trust them implicitly.

Thank goodness for Dr Anna Pham and her professional Team at Picton. If it wasnt for their committment, there would be NO Doctors in Picton. Yes they are booked in advanced. But in my experience, they always fit you in if it is an emergency. And my children have always been seen on the same day if they were unwell, and at most, the receptionists have offered us a next day appointment. Thank you Dr Pham, Dr Ho and everyone at Picton for your hard work. Please stay on.
shocked and ripped off

as a citizen of new zealand who pays taxes i was shocked to be charged $30 prior to having my 4 month daughter seen to,asked why, she claimed she would have to look for information,i replied by saying that i have given you everything required including her NHI number..oohhh was her response at first but added that i think you will find that this happens all over the country if are not local,i replied by telling her that picton is one small contry then..overall we left feeling ripped off by the practice.
Support for Dr Anna Phams Picton Practice

I have nothing but praise for Dr Anna Pham and her staff at Picton Family Medical Centre. I first came to see Dr Anna Pham for a second opnion about my symptoms, after having been dismissed by my regular Doctor as being trivial. Her staff squeezed me into their emergency list. I was seen on the day by Dr Pham. She listened. Performed a thorough physical examination. Blood tests and nursing care were all performed by her nurses and blood collectors on the same day. I saw her again 24 hours later with a provisional diagnosis and prompt referral to see a specialist. She makes you feel valued. She cares. Time is never a question when you are in her room. I cannot praise her, the Doctors who work with her, her nursing staff, her receptionists, or her support staff enough. I am glad I made the switch. I have never recieved better care. Thank you to everyone at Picton Family Medical Centre. You have my utmost respect and trust.
Great Centre For Picton

I have lived in Picton for 22 years, and this is the best thing that has come along. It is only $5.00 + Medicare card !..... Dr Ho solved my wife's problems where many other specialists did not, I was given some life saving information from other doctors here, who got me straight to hospital. Each time I have been all the staff have been friendly, the practice is modern, clean and adjoining a chemist. It's a one stop shop for blood, dentist and medical, sure you have to wait just like everywhere else, so I can not see why people say some of the negative things they do here, this place is much, much better than many others, and extremely better than the pathetic medical places we used to have.
