At Gym UFO we have only Personal Trainers on our Team which offers you a truly personalised training experience with a large variety of exercise activities for you to choose from. You will be able to participate in the best choice that will suit your needs and goals. Such as Weight training, Punchfit(Boxing) Training, Cardiovascular Fitness Training, Bodybuilding & Bodysculpting, Sport Specific training or Group Training Session ie/ UFO Bootcamp.

Your Personal Trainer will complete a Health & Fitness assessment to ensure you are physically ready to start training and a personalised Program will be written just for you. This will focus on your specific goals and timelines to achieve these goals.Our Professional Trainers will work with you to ensure you make these goals whether you decide once a week or 3 times a week through to as many times as you prefer. All Personal Training Services are available in the Gym or on location in the comfort of your own home or possibly try our local parks, ovals & reserves for great motivation.

A great place to go- Gym UFO

I would like to let you know about the great Gym that i have joined. This is not another Gym story. This is different I have been to other Gyms and found them good but they just didnt "do" it for me. I started with Group training sessions referred as GTS, these were so different from anything i had previously attended! GTS is brillant, there are different sessions to choose from and you work at your own fitness level under the guidance of a Personal Trainer. Now dont go thinking I am another one of the young ones that are into the Gym thing. I am 12 months short of the big 60 and have never felt better and fitter in my whole life. So come on the rest of you Seniors out there, join me in a group Training session - Living Stronger Living Longer at Gym UFO. Thanks to Jamie, Joey and Sharon for your encouragement, advice and the best Gym in Area. Bronwyn Payne

I can personally recommend GYM UFO....having a long term neck injury, over time I packed on the weight, I lost confidence and I was struggling just to do the basic things, it was with the help of Jamie & Sharon and the fantastic staff of GYM UFO that literally brought me back to life.

It's really scary starting out, you wake up one day and realise that you have to take the first step to improve your health. The team at UFO made me feel so welcome, they could tell I was really nervous and unsure but the helped me through and showed me encouragement all the way.

Now in less than 12 months, I have gained confidence, lost weight, can run a bit!, and even feel younger. My "never been in a gym before" hubby has even joined GYM UFO. He couldn't be happier.

I turn 45 tomorrow, what a great birthday present I gave myself this year!!
